Spacious, clean rooms with a separate living area and bedroom, and plenty of closet space. Friendly and welcoming staff. Convenient location near a shopping mall and within walking distance to great restaurants. Free breakfast with a good variety of options. Reliable and constant wifi.

Some guests mentioned that the bed was a bit hard. Construction nearby could be noisy during the day.

The hotel is fairly new and has a very modern look inside and out. This my 2nd time staying there and the rooms are immaculately clean. The staff is very helpful and the free breakfast is very limited but good.

Checkout took 20 minutes because they had the wrong rate. Luckily I had a copy of the booking so all was eventually settled. Throughout this the staff was very friendly and only wanted to help fix the problem versus not caring.

Convenient location, just a short walk to a shopping center where you can find everything you need. , nearby small parks offer a nice escape from the hustle and bustle.

The room can get quite cold, especially with thin windows and tiled floors. Breakfast options are limited and sometimes run out of eggs.

the location was fantastic - close to everything, including a shopping center and a huge mall. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always ready to assist. Lastly, the room was comfortable with big windows that provided ample natural light. I loved waking up to the view. Bonus points for the double bed that was super cozy. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the breakfast - the chef was extremely friendly and made some delicious meals to start my day off right.

By and large, it was suitable place for sightseeing in Bogota, had much fun and met helpful and attentive staff on their services. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Bogota.
